WHO: A school year 2025/2026 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade girl.
WHEN: July 29, 30, and 31 (2025)
WHERE: Indian Hills High School football field: light rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain/thunder/lightning, we will hold camp in the Indian Hills High School gymnasiums.
- No refunds will be given.
WHY: To to learn the fundamental rules, develop core flag football skills, gain an introductory understanding of the sport, and actively participate in competitive play against peers to build teamwork and sportsmanship.
FORMS/REGISTRATION: MUST be received prior to FRIDAY, JULY 18. This is a hard deadline set forth by the insurance company. *No in-person registration.*

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU ON CAMP DAYS:
Your own water, sunblock, medications (in a ziploc bag with your name written on it).
***** NO METAL CLEATS ***** Bring sneakers in the event of rain – no cleats are allowed inside the school building. All players must wear proper footwear to play.
***** Because of the varying camper sizes, please bring your own flag belt.
SPIRIT DAYS!:
Tuesday (first day): Show off your town! Wear a shirt or shorts that shows off where you’re from!
Wednesday (second day): Wear an NFL team’s gear! A t-shirt or shorts with the logo of your favorite NFL team or player.
Thursday (last day): Wear your camp-provided t-shirt today!
The camp is not under the auspices of the Ramapo-Indian Hills H.S. district. Participation in the camp is not required for participation in the RIH sports programs.
